The solution of powerless rotation of marine hydraulic motor

The marine hydraulic motor is the heart of the ship deck machinery. As for the ship, the deck machinery is equivalent to arms and people, so the deck machinery is very important for a ship. The powerless rotation of hydraulic motor is a big problem for deck machinery. How to solve the problem is as follows:

1. On the premise that the main circuit safety valve, overload valve and other accessories are in good condition, seal the oil inlet pipe and motor interface (no oil leakage), measure the large pressure of oil supply circuit when the motor is in forward and reverse direction; then connect the motor pipeline to measure the pressure when there is load; then compare the measured value with its technical requirements to determine the fault location.

2. Because the insufficient flow or low pressure of the hydraulic pump will reduce the motor output power, torque and speed at the same time, so the measurement of flow should be carried out simultaneously with the measured pressure.

3. Check whether the clearance between the port shaft and the rotor hole is within the allowable range, and whether the rotation center line of the port shaft and the cylinder hole is consistent. If it exceeds the allowable value, reassemble it.
