Product introduction of hydraulic winch

The hydraulic winch is composed of hydraulic motor, brake, planetary reducer, drum, frame and other components. Users only need to equip with hydraulic pump station and directional valve to use. Since the hydraulic winch can be equipped with a valve group, it not only simplifies the hydraulic system, but also improves the working reliability of the transmission device. When equipped with two speed motor, the winch has two speed adjustable, which improves the speed range.

Working principle of hydraulic winch

Taking oil as working medium, the movement is transmitted through the change of sealing volume, and the power is transmitted through the pressure inside the oil.

1. Power part - convert mechanical energy of prime mover into pressure energy (hydraulic energy) of oil, such as hydraulic pump.

2. The executive part converts the oil pressure energy input by the hydraulic pump into the mechanical energy to drive the working mechanism. For example: hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor.

3. Control part - used to control and regulate the pressure, flow and flow direction of oil, such as pressure control valve, flow control valve and direction control valve.

4. Auxiliary part - connect the first three parts together to form a system for oil storage, filtration, measurement and sealing. For example: pipeline and joint, oil tank, filter, accumulator, seal and control instrument, etc.
