Cause analysis of internal leakage of hydraulic motor

What causes the leakage of hydraulic motor and how to solve it?

Reason 1: the drive shaft in the injection molding machine's second injection plate is too long, the small hole of internal spline is too shallow, or the internal spline and motor shaft spline fit too tightly. After being installed by force, the bearing of motor housing is damaged, resulting in motor rotation difficulty and abnormal internal leakage.

Solution: remove the motor and check whether there is significant indentation at the starting position of motor shaft spline. If there is an indentation, it means that the drive shaft in the second board is too long. According to the actual modification of plastic machine drive shaft, add a chamfer in the front end of spline in the drive shaft, and thicken the glue injection plate or pad the gasket with appropriate thickness at the five mounting holes on the front end face of the motor, so as to keep the motor pad away from the glue injection plate. Modify the dimension of the spline hole in the drive shaft until the straight track matches the motor spline.

Reason 2: the plane thrust bearing and cone bearing of the drive shaft in the second plate of plastic machine are severely worn, which leads to the overload of the motor and abnormal internal leakage.

Solution: replace the damaged plane thrust bearing and cone bearing on the transmission shaft of plastic machine.
