What should be known before installing hydraulic winch

Before installing the hydraulic winch, make sure that the rotation of the drum is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow printed on the sticky paper. Hydraulic winch with different steering can be customized on demand

When installing the hydraulic winch, the base can be downward, upward or any other position. Before installation, it is necessary to check that the fixed surface has enough thickness and proper flatness. Otherwise, when the screws are tightened, the stress will be generated on the base of the hydraulic winch, and the stress will be transmitted to the internal components, causing rapid wear and fracture.

Screw all the fixing holes (usually 4 holes) with suitable screws. The diameter of the screws shall not be less than the diameter of the fixing holes. Tighten the screws with a torque wrench.

Usually, the hydraulic winch is used to connect the hydraulic pipeline and the motor with two pipes. The diameter of the pipe shall not be less than the connecting hole of the valve and the motor

Hydraulic pipeline is very important in the installation of hydraulic winch. For example, controlling the oil distribution valve (open) allows the two branches of the motor to discharge the hydraulic oil circuit into the same oil tank along the rotation direction of the hydraulic winch.
