For example, when the oil thermometer shows 50 degrees, the actual hydraulic motor and pump have been working at about 65 degrees, so the temperature of the oil thermometer must be controlled below 50 degrees

Hydraulic transmission device is the actuator, so it is particularly important. In addition to the periodic replacement of gear oil of reducer, we must pay attention to the following matters when replacing the hydraulic transmission device: ① the parallelism between each hydraulic transmission device and the rotary table must be ensured, and the rubber wheel and the rotary table are in parallel engagement. If it is found that the rubber wheel is easy to wear or the hydraulic transmission device is often damaged, we should pay attention to it. ② Hydraulic transmission device drive, in the installation to ensure that the transmission device force balance, that is to say, the spring tension adjustment of tight loose is very important, such as too loose adjustment, transmission device can not output torque, such as too tight adjustment will lead to transmission device bearing damage and rubber wheel wear seriously. Therefore, reasonable installation is also to ensure normal operation. ③ The leakage oil pipe of the hydraulic motor should be up immediately after it comes out to ensure that the hydraulic motor shell is filled with hydraulic oil, because the lubrication of the hydraulic motor depends on the hydraulic oil itself, and the leakage oil pipe must be directly returned to the oil tank, not connected with the main oil return circuit or connected to the oil return filter. The leakage oil pipe is connected to the oil return filter after returning to the oil tank. At that time, the oil return filter element is blocked, and the leakage oil returns to the oil tank normally without oil. The pressure rise of the hydraulic motor shell causes oil leakage, so the leakage oil pipe must be directly returned to the oil tank. ④ When the maintenance personnel find that the output is weak, they can check the leakage of the hydraulic motor and the amount of oil flowing out of the oil pipe. Each hydraulic motor has a separate leakage oil pipe. The maintenance personnel can judge whether the hydraulic motor works normally according to the leakage oil from each hydraulic motor. If the leakage oil from the hydraulic motor is found to be spray, it indicates that the hydraulic motor has been damaged and should be replaced as soon as possible. If the leakage oil from the hydraulic motor is normal and the rotary table still has no force, check whether the rubber wheel is engaged normally. If the rubber wheel is also normal, the reason is likely to be that the hydraulic pump is damaged or the hydraulic valve is stuck.
